摘要
选取焦作至平顶山高速公路新建工程为背景,借助翻模法对其空心薄壁墩进行施工,并提出外侧槽钢与内侧面板相结合的新型钢木组合模板设计工艺。对该工艺及结构力学性能进行分析,结果表明,组合模板槽钢的整体结构稳定,面板最大应力值不超过6MPa,偏差范围较小,且面板最大位移值不超过0.7mm。提出的组合模板施工工艺具有较好的结构安全性,可一定程度缓解墩柱施工侧压过大问题,能为高速公路桥梁施工提供建设保障。
This study selects the new construction project of Jiaozuo Pingdingshan Expressway as the background,and uses the flipping method to construct its hollow thin-walled piers.The designed combination template proposes a design process that combines the outer steel bars with the inner panels.The analysis of the process and structural mechanical properties shows that the overall structure of the composite template channel steel is stable,the maximum stress value of the panel does not exceed 6 MPa,the deviation range is small,and the maximum displacement value of the panel does not exceed 0.7 mm.The combination template construction technology proposed in the study has good structural safety and can alleviate the problem of excessive lateral pressure during pier and column construction to a certain extent,providing construction guarantee for highway bridge construction.
