摘要
目的:探究胆源性胰腺炎患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)表达水平与病情程度的相关性。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年8月盐城市第一人民医院收治的150例胆源性胰腺炎患者为观察组,观察组中重症组66例、轻症组84例;另选取同期来院体检的150例健康者为对照组。比较两组的血清CRP、MPV、MIP-1α水平,并分析这些指标与胆源性胰腺炎患者病情程度的相关性。结果:观察组CRP、MPV、MIP-1α水平均高于对照组,重症组高于轻症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Person分析结果显示,血清CRP、MPV、MIP-1α表达水平在胆源性胰腺炎患者的病情程度中呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清CRP、MPV、MIP-1α可有效揭示胆源性胰腺炎患者的病情程度,且与其成正相关关系。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),mean platelet volume(MPV),and macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha(MIP-1 alpha)in patients with biliary pancreatitis and the severity of the disease.Method:150 patients with biliary pancreatitis admitted to Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the observation group,and another 150 healthy individuals who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of CRP,MPV and MIP-1αbetween two groups were compared,and the correlation between these indicators and the severity of biliary pancreatitis in patients was analyzed.Result:The levels of CRP,MPV,and MIP-1αin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and levels in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Person analysis results showed that the expression levels of serum CRP,MPV,and MIP-1αwere positively correlated with the severity of biliary pancreatitis in patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum CRP,MPV and MIP-1αcan effectively reveal the severity of biliary pancreatitis in patients and are positively correlated with it.
