摘要
目的:观察桂附理中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃肠功能紊乱(FGID)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年8月在三明市第一医院中医科就诊的170例脾胃虚寒型FGID患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(85例)和试验组(85例)。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组加用桂附理中汤加减治疗。比较临床症状评分、中医证候积分、胃肠动力学指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组治疗后的临床症状评分、中医证候积分、小肠推进率更低,胃排空率更高,结肠传输时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂附理中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型FGID具有良好的临床疗效,能明显改善患者临床症状,调节胃肠动力功能,且安全性良好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Guifu Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disordes(FGID)caused by spleen and stomach coldness.Method:A total of 170 patients with FGID of spleen and stomach coldness type who were treated in the Sanming First Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(85 cases)and the experimental group(85 cases).The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment,while the experimental group was treated with modified Guifu Lizhong Decoction.The clinical symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal dynamic indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after treatment,the experimental group had lower clinical symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores and small intestinal propulsion rate,higher gastric emptying rate,and shorter colonic transit time,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Guifu Lizhong Decoction has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of FGID of spleen and stomach cold deficiency type.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate gastrointestinal motility function,and has good safety.
