摘要
本项研究依据生态学和微生态学原理,采用以微生物为主的综合调控技术,把水质控制在养殖生物的适宜生长的范围内,以达到提高其抗逆性,减少疾病,提高产量和质量的目的。在加州鲈鱼(Micropterus salmoides)的成鱼养殖试验中,应用PSB+净水装置和以微生物为主的综合处理技术,可以降低化学需氧量,提高水温和溶解氧,有效降解有机污染物,净化养殖水体。在为期1个月的试验中,试验池鱼平均体长增加了10.5%,体质量增加了54.3%,充分验证了该水质对加州鲈鱼具有明显的促进生长、增强体质的作用。
This study,based on the principles of ecology and microecology,employs a microbial-dominated integrated regulation technology to control water quality within the optimal growth range for cultured organisms.The goal is to enhance stress resistance,reduce diseases,and improve yield and quality.In the adult culture trial of Micropterus salmoides,a microbial-based integrated treatment technology combining PSB(Photosynthetic Bacteria)with a biological purification device was applied.This approach effectively reduced chemical oxygen demand(COD),elevated water temperature,increased dissolved oxygen levels,and efficiently degraded organic pollutants,thereby purifying the aquaculture water.During a one-month trial,the average body length of fish in the experimental pond increased by 10.5%,and body weight increased by 54.3%.These results fully validate that this water quality significantly promotes growth and strengthens the physique of Micropterus salmoides.
