预应力混凝土系杆拱桥更换吊杆过程分析

摘要 早些年建造的预应力混凝土系杆拱桥,由于使用时间较长,吊杆在使用后期会出现吊杆索力与设计有较大出入,吊杆锚头锈蚀,达到设计使用年限需要更换吊杆等问题。通过采用临时兜吊法更换吊杆,保证临时吊杆与老吊杆、新吊杆之间的索力转移平稳。重点研究分析在吊杆更换施工过程中拱肋、系梁竖向位移及吊杆内力的变化,通过设置观测点的方法测量实际数据,并与理论计算结果进行分析对比,以确定原设定的吊杆更换工艺方法合理有效,以达到施工控制的目的。 Prestressed concrete tie-arch bridges constructed in earlier years often develop significant discrepancies between actual and designed cable forces in their suspension cables during later service periods due to prolonged use.This leads to corrosion of suspension anchor heads and necessitates cable replacement upon reaching the designed service life.The proposed temporary sling-lifting method ensures smooth force transfer between temporary,old,and new suspension cables.This study focuses on analyzing vertical displacements of arch ribs and tie beams,as well as internal cable forces during cable replacement.By establishing observation points to measure actual data and comparing them with theoretical calculations,the effectiveness of the original cable replacement process is verified,thereby achieving construction control objectives.
