摘要
本研究探讨地稍瓜脱蛋白多糖(CTSP)的体外消化特性、抗氧化活性及其对肠道菌群的影响,以评估其在肠道健康和功能性食品中的应用潜力。通过体外模拟消化模型,分析CTSP在不同消化阶段的总糖、还原糖、分子量及单糖组成的变化,并结合光谱分析手段评估其结构与抗氧化活性的关系,同时通过小鼠实验观察其对肠道菌群的影响。结果表明,CTSP在消化过程中结构逐步降解,尤其在肠道阶段分子量显著降低,葡萄糖比例升高,抗氧化活性增强,其中肠道消化产物对羟自由基清除率达100%。本研究未发现CTSP对肠道菌群主要组成有显著影响,相关作用机制有待后续研究证实。
This study aimed to evaluate the potential application of deproteinized polysaccharides(CTSP)from Cynanchumthesioides(Freyn)K.Schum in intestinal health and functional foods by investigating in vitro digestive properties,antioxidant activity,and impact on intestinal flora.An in vitro simulated digestion model was employed to analyze changes in total sugar,reducing sugar,molecular weight,and monosaccharide composition of CTSP across different digestion stages.The relationship between structural modifications and antioxidant activity was assessed using spectroscopic analysis.The effect of CTSP on intestinal flora was examined via direct gavage in a mouse model.The structure of CTSP was progressively altered during digestion,particularly in the intestinal phase.This degradation was characterized by a significant decrease in molecular weight,an increase in the proportion of glucose,and a concomitant enhancement of antioxidant activity.Notably,the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of the intestinal digestion products reached 100%.However,CTSP administration did not significantly alter the core composition of the intestinal flora in mice.The underlying mechanisms require further investigation.While CTSP digestion enhances its antioxidant capacity,its direct impact on core gut microbiota composition appears limited under the tested conditions.Further studies are needed to elucidate the mechanisms of action.
