摘要
中医医院中药房作为中医药服务的核心环节,其管理质量直接关系患者用药安全与疗效。在当前我国大力发展中医药事业,且科技高速发展的背景下,中医在医院治疗中的重要性开始获得重视和关注。因此,目前我国医院中药房服务质量逐年提高,但与此同时也不断产生一些新的管理问题,影响中医医院中药治疗效果。文章总结分析了三级公立中医医院中药房管理中存在的问题,主要涉及饮片质量保障、药学服务质量、信息化管理水平及炮制技术传承与创新方面,针对具体问题逐一提出优化措施,旨在为中药房管理及相关从业人员提供参考,以进一步提高医院中药房对医疗保健服务的贡献。
As a core link in traditional Chinese medicine services,the management quality of the Chinese medicine pharmacy in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital directly affects the safety and efficacy of patients'medication.Under the current background of China's vigorous development of traditional Chinese medicine and the rapid advancement of science and technology,the significance of traditional Chinese medicine in hospital treatment has begun to receive attention and emphasis.Therefore,the service quality of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies in hospitals in our country has been improving year by year.However,at the same time,some new management problems have been constantly emerging,which affect the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.This article summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies in tertiary public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,mainly covering the quality assurance of decoction pieces,the quality of pharmaceutical services,the level of information management,and the inheritance and innovation of processing techniques.It proposes optimization measures one by one for specific problems,aiming to provide references for the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies and related practitioners,so as to further enhance the contribution of hospital traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies to medical and health care services.
