摘要
目的 分析家庭教养方式与学龄前儿童情绪行为问题的关系。方法 回顾性分析运城市盐湖区人民医院儿科2021年1月—2023年1月的1 116名学龄前儿童的临床资料,依据儿童是否存在情绪行为问题分组,其中合并焦虑、强迫行为、恐惧、心理障碍、心境障碍、癔症的儿童纳入问题组(n=73),其余儿童纳入对照组(n=1 043)。比较2组儿童的人口统计学特征及家庭生活因素,采用logistic回归分析儿童情绪行为问题发生的影响因素。结果 问题组儿童每天户外活动时间<2 h(20.55%)、每天视屏时间≥1 h(54.80%)、睡眠时间不足(67.12%)、留守经历(61.64%)的发生率均高于对照组的11.60%、38.35%、40.46%、38.35%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归模型结果显示,儿童每天户外活动时间<2 h(β=1.079,OR=2.942,95%CI 2.492~4.095)、每天视屏时间≥1 h(β=0.583,OR=1.793,95%CI 1.246~3.965)、睡眠时间不足(β=1.102,OR=3.012,95%CI 2.684~6.348)、留守经历(β=0.699,OR=3.012,95%CI 2.783~7.573)为儿童情绪行为问题发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 儿童每天户外活动时间、每天视屏时间、睡眠时间不足、留守经历均为学龄前儿童情绪行为问题发生的影响因素,提示家庭教养方式与学龄前儿童情绪行为问题存在相关性,应建议监护人调整学龄前儿童的视屏时间,增加户外活动,确保充足的睡眠时间,减少留守。
Objective To analyze the relationship between family Parenting styles and preschool children's emotional and behavioral problems.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 1116 preschool children in the department of pediatrics,Yuncheng Yanhu People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.The children were divided into groups based on whether they had emotional and behavioral problems.Among them,children with combined anxiety,compulsive behavior,fear,psychological disorders,mood disorders,and hysteria were included in the problem group(n=73),and the remaining children were included in the control group(n=1043).The demographic characteristics and family life factors of the two groups of children were compared,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors for the occurrence of emotional and behavioral problems in children.Results The incidences of children's daily outdoor activity time<2 hours(20.55%),daily screen time≥1 hour(54.80%),insufficient sleep time(67.12%),and left-behind experience(61.64%)among children in the problem group were all higher than 11.60%,38.35%,40.46%,and 38.35%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the logistic regression model showed that children's daily outdoor activity time<2 hours(β=1.079,OR=2.942,95%CI 2.492-4.095),and daily screen time≥1 hour(β=0.583,OR=1.793,95%CI 1.246-3.965),insufficient sleep time(β=1.102,OR=3.012,95%CI 2.684-6.348),left-behind experience(β=0.699,OR=3.012,95%CI 2.783-7.573)was a risk factor for the occurrence of emotional and behavioral problems in children(P<0.05).Conclusion Daily outdoor activity time,daily screen time,insufficient sleep time and being left-behind are all influencing factors for the occurrence of emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children.This suggests that there is a correlation between family upbringing methods and emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children.It is recommended that guardians adjust the screen time of preschool children,increase outdoor activities,ensure adequate sleep time and reduce the number of left-behind children.
