摘要
随着大数据技术的迅猛发展,其在高校教育管理领域的应用日益广泛且深入。文章深入探讨大数据环境下高校教育管理的创新路径,通过分析大数据对高校教育管理在理念、模式、服务及效率决策等方面产生的影响,指出当前面临的管理理念滞后、平台支撑不足、数据治理机制不健全以及专业人才短缺等挑战。在此基础上,针对性提出树立数据驱动思维、加强技术应用融合、构建协同治理体系、实现精准管理服务以及提升数据素养等创新路径,旨在推动高校教育管理在大数据时代实现高质量发展,提升教育管理的科学性与有效性。
With the rapid advancement of big data technology,its application in higher education management has become increasingly extensive and profound.This paper explores innovative approaches to higher education management in the big data era.By analyzing the impacts of big data on management concepts,operational models,service delivery,and decision-making efficiency,it identifies key challenges,including outdated management mindsets,inadequate platform support,weak data governance mechanisms,and a shortage of data-literate professionals.Building on this analysis,the paper proposes a set of innovative strategies:fostering data-driven mindsets,deepening the integration of technological applications,establishing a collaborative governance framework,delivering precision management services,and enhancing data literacy.These measures aim to promote high-quality development of higher education management in the big data era and improve its scientific rigor and effectiveness.
