摘要
乡村振兴离不开教育振兴的支撑,乡村基础教育质量的提升亟需高素质实践型师资赋能。文章以乡村振兴背景下师范生服务乡村基础教育的实践能力培养为研究对象,深入分析师范生实践能力培养的现实必要性,聚焦乡村教育实际需求,提出校地协同育人、课程体系优化、专项实训强化、评价保障健全的培养方法,旨在破解师范生培养与乡村教育需求脱节的问题,提升师范生适应乡村教育场景的实践技能,助力乡村教育振兴与乡村全面振兴深度融合。
Rural Revitalization cannot be separated from the support of education revitalization,and the improvement of the quality of rural basic education needs the empowerment of high-quality practical teachers.This paper takes the cultivation of normal students'practical ability to serve rural basic education under the background of Rural Revitalization as the research object,deeply analyzes the practical necessity of the cultivation of normal students'practical ability,focuses on the actual needs of rural education,and puts forward the cultivation methods of school local collaborative education,curriculum system optimization,special training strengthening,and sound evaluation and guarantee,aiming to solve the problem of the disconnection between the cultivation of normal students and the needs of rural education,improve the practical skills of normal students to adapt to the rural education scene,and help the deep integration of rural education revitalization and rural comprehensive revitalization.
