摘要
通过模块化设计在列控产品中的应用实例,详细描述模块化设计的优点、设计标准与原则,以及与生产协同优化的思路。借助仿真工具实现信号装备三维建模、仿真装配、线缆定长、合理性检查,对于规范产品配线工艺、提升电磁兼容性能、实现产品在研发阶段发现问题、减少样机迭代、缩短研发周期、提升生产效率、降低开发成本起到至关重要的作用。
This paper describes in detail the advantages,design standards and principles of modular design,and the ideas of collaborative optimization in production activities through the application cases of modular design in train control products.With the help of simulation tools for three-dimensional modeling of signaling equipment,simulated assembly,cable length fixing,and rationality inspection,this research plays a vital role in standardizing product wiring process,improving electromagnetic compatibility performance,finding problems in product development stage,reducing prototype iteration,shortening R&D cycle,improving production efficiency,and reducing development costs.
