摘要
随着全球气候变化加剧与“双碳”目标的推进,ESG(环境、社会与治理)理念与绿色金融的深度融合,已成为推动区域可持续发展的重要路径。粤港澳大湾区作为我国开放程度最高、经济活力最强的区域之一,在绿色金融领域表现出显著的创新活力,处于国内领先地位。本文基于ESG理念,分析了粤港澳大湾区绿色金融的发展现状与面临的挑战,并提出构建统一标准体系、规范产品认证流程与监管、健全环境信息披露制度及实施差异化定位与跨境协同等对策建议,旨在探讨ESG如何助力粤港澳大湾区绿色金融的创新发展,以期为该区域高质量发展提供有益参考。
With the intensification of global climate change and the advancement of the“dual carbon”goals,the integration of the ESG(environmental,social,and governance)concept with green finance has become a crucial pathway for promoting regional sustainable development.As one of China’s most open and economically dynamic regions,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has demonstrated significant innovative vitality and is at the forefront domestically in the field of green finance.Revolving around the ESG concept,the study analyzes the current development status and challenges of green finance in the Greater Bay Area.Subsequently,it proposes countermeasures such as establishing a unified standard system,standardizing product certification processes and supervision,improving the environmental information disclosure system,and implementing differentiated positioning and cross-border collaboration.The study further explores how ESG can facilitate the innovative development of green finance in the Greater Bay Area,aiming to provide insights for supporting high-quality regional development.
