摘要
目的分析肿瘤科护理人员实施常规管理+层级护理管理的效果。方法选取巨野县人民医院肿瘤科14名护理人员为研究对象,2024年2—7月实施常规管理(常规组),2024年8月—2025年1月加用层级护理管理(研究组),对比两组职业倦怠、职业认同感、综合能力、护理差错事件和管理满意度。结果研究组的职业倦怠评分优于常规组,综合能力高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的职业认同感总分为(122.67±5.64)分,高于常规组的(107.51±6.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.786,P<0.05)。研究组护理差错事件少于常规组,管理总满意度高于常规组。结论层级护理管理+常规管理执行后可切实缓解护理人员职业倦怠情况,增强其职业认同感,提升综合能力,减少差错事件,且管理满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of routine management+hierarchical nursing management in oncology nursing staff.Methods Fourteen nurses in the Department of Oncology of Juye County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.From February to July 2024,routine management(routine group)was implemented,and from August 2024 to January 2025,added hierarchical nursing management(study group)was implemented.The job burnout,professional identity,comprehensive ability,nursing error events and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The job burnout of the study group scores were better than those of the routine group,and the comprehensive ability was higher than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total score of professional identity in the study group was 122.67±5.64,which was higher than that in the routine group 107.51±6.17,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.786,P<0.05).The nursing error events in the study group were less than those in the routine group,and the total satisfaction of management was higher than that in the routine group.Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing management+routine management can effectively alleviate the job burnout of nursing staff,enhance their professional identity,improve their comprehensive ability,reduce error events,and have higher management satisfaction.
