摘要
目的探讨护理分层管理模式对于儿科护理质量的影响。方法选取2024年4月—2025年3月曹县人民医院20名护士作为研究对象,根据不同管理模式的实施时间将2024年4—9月作为干预前,采取常规护理管理;2024年10月—2025年3月作为干预后,采取护理分层管理模式。比较干预前后儿科护士的护理质量、工作投入度、工作压力,以及患者安全胜任力。结果干预后,护理人员护理质量中基础护理、专科护理、病区管理、文书记录、感染控制分别为(96.52±1.56)分、(96.05±0.85)分、(95.45±1.20)分、(97.00±0.58)分、(96.85±0.49)分,均高于干预前的(90.02±1.80)分、(89.85±1.80)分、(89.75±2.07)分、(93.56±1.04)分、(91.05±1.57)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=12.204,13.929,10.654,12.919,15.771,P均<0.05)。干预后儿科护士工作投入量表、患者安全胜任力护理人员自评量表评分高于干预前,护士工作压力源量表评分低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论护理分层管理模式可以有效提高儿科护理质量,缓解护士的工作压力,增强其工作投入度与患者安全胜任力。
Objective Exploring the impact of nursing hierarchical management model on the quality of pediatric nursing.Methods Selecting twenty nurses from Caoxian People's Hospital from April 2024 to March 2025 as the research subjects.According to the implementation time of different management models,the period from April to September 2024 was defined as before the intervention,during which conventional nursing management was adopted;the period from October 2024 to March 2025 was defined as after the intervention,during which the hierarchical nursing management model was implemented.The nursing quality,work engagement,work stress,and patient safety competence of pediatric nurses were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of nursing quality indicators(basic nursing,specialized nursing,ward management,documentation records,and infection control)of nurses were 96.52±1.56,96.05±0.85,95.45±1.20,97.00±0.58,and 96.85±0.49 respectively,which were higher than 90.02±1.80,89.85±1.80,89.75±2.07,93.56±1.04,91.05±1.57 before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.204,13.929,10.654,12.919,15.771;all P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the Job Engagement Scale and the Patient Safety Competency Self-rating Scale of Nurses of pediatric nurses were higher than those before the intervention,while the score of the Chinese Nurse Stressor Scale was lower than that before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical nursing management model can effectively improve pediatric nursing quality,alleviate nurses'work stress,and enhance their work engagement and patient safety competence.
