考虑疲劳载荷的风储联合一次调频策略研究

Research on Wind-Storage Coordinated Primary Frequency Regulation Strategy with Fatigue Load Consideration

摘要 针对风电机组参与电网一次调频时存在调频能力不足和疲劳载荷加剧问题,提出一种考虑疲劳载荷抑制的风电机组/储能联合一次调频控制策略。首先,通过Notch滤波器抑制塔架侧向振动,在额定风速以下结合风功率预测平抑风电机组出力波动;其次,辅以储能系统提升整体调频能力,实现了一次调频过程中风电机组疲劳载荷与系统频率稳定性的协同优化;最后,通过仿真结果表明,与传统控制方法相比,该方法能够降低传动链和塔架侧向疲劳载荷,即使在风功率预测存在误差的情况下,仍能有效抑制疲劳载荷并维持良好的频率调节性能,为风储联合一次调频策略研究提供参考。 According to the challenges of insufficient frequency regulation capability and aggravated fatigue loads when wind turbines participate in primary frequency regulation,it proposes a coordinated wind turbine/energy storage primary frequency control strategy considering fatigue load mitigation.Firstly,the method employs a Notch filter to suppress tower lateral vibrations,smooths wind power output fluctuations below rated wind speed with the aid of wind power forecasting.Secondly,it leverages the energy storage system to enhance overall frequency regulation capability.This enables the coordinated optimization of wind turbine fatigue load reduction and system frequency stability during primary frequency regulation.Finally,simulation results demonstrate that,compared with conventional control methods,the proposed strategy effectively reduces drivetrain and tower lateral fatigue loads.Moreover,even in the pre-sence of wind power forecasting errors,the method can still suppress fatigue loads while maintaining satisfactory frequency regulation performance.It provides a reference for the research on wind-storage coordinated primary frequency regulation strategy.
