摘要
该文利用3期中国家庭金融调查微观面板数据,实证探究了电子商务发展对农村居民家庭财务脆弱性的影响效应。结果表明:区域电商发展能够显著缓解农村家庭的财务脆弱性,凸显其作为促进贫困治理的有效事前干预手段的潜力。机制分析表明,电子商务主要通过促进土地流转和激发农村家庭创业活动两条途径对财务脆弱性形成抑制。此外,异质性分析还发现,电子商务对户主年龄较大、收入水平和受教育程度较低家庭的财务脆弱性负向影响更为明显,从而呈现出更强的益贫性特征。该研究为数字经济时代下发展电子商务,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,衔接乡村振兴提供了一定的参考。
By using the micro-panel data of the three phases of the China Household Finance Survey,we investigate the influence of e-commerce development on the financial vulnerability of rural households.Research has found that the development of regional e-commerce has significantly reduced the financial vulnerability of rural families,highlighting its potential as an effective“pre-intervention”means to promote poverty governance.Mechanism analysis indicates that e-commerce mainly suppresses financial vulnerability through two approaches:promoting land transfer and stimulating entrepreneurial activities of rural families.Furthermore,heterogeneity analysis also found that ecommerce has a more significant negative impact on the financial vulnerability of families with older household heads,lower income levels and educational attainment,thus presenting stronger poverty alleviation characteristics.This research provides valuable insights for developing e-commerce in the digital economy era,thereby consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and facilitating the transition to rural revitalization.
