摘要
教育数字化作为推动教育变革的重要力量,对高校工程训练中心的改革具有重要意义。然而,当前高校工程训练中心在数字化改革中面临传统教育理念与数字思维不适应、数字技术变革与教学改革不全面、数字化赋能改革支撑保障条件缺失等困境。为此,提出教学体系重构、数字资源建设、教学模式创新、教师能力提升、评价机制调整、产教融合导向及组织保障体系构建等措施,探索出一条教育数字化赋能工程训练中心改革的实施路径,从而推动工程教育高质量发展,为数字中国建设提供人才支撑。
Digitalization of education,as a crucial force driving educational transformation,holds significant importance for the reform of university engineering training centers.However,these centers currently face challenges in their digital reform,including the incompatibility between traditional educational concepts and the digital mindset,the incomplete integration of digital technological transformation with teaching reform,and the lack of supportive conditions for digitalization-empowered reforms.In response,this study proposes measures such as restructuring the teaching system,developing digital resources,innovating teaching models,enhancing faculty capabilities,adjusting evaluation mechanisms,adopting an industry-education integration orientation,and establishing organizational support systems.These measures explore an implementation pathway for empowering engineering training center reform through digitalization of education,thereby promoting the high-quality development of engineering education and providing talent support for building a Digital China.
