摘要
专业认同是影响学生专业学习心理和专业能力发展的重要因素。厘清学前教育师范生专业认同的影响因素,对提高人才培养质量、提升幼教师资水平具有重要作用。本研究以M高职院校学前教育专业的学生为例,探讨影响学前教育学生专业认同的因素以及提升策略,通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方式收集了300名学生的数据。研究表明,影响学前教育学生专业认同的主要因素有个人方面(如专业兴趣、职业价值观、自我效能感)、学校方面(如课程设置、实践机会、教师指导)和社会方面(如职业前景、社会地位、薪资待遇),其中专业兴趣和职业前景对专业认同的影响最为突出。本研究对于高职院校学前教育学生专业认同感提升具有一定的理论和实践指导意义。
Professional identity significantly influences students'professional learning psychology and competency development.Identifying the factors affecting professional identity among preschool education teacher trainees is crucial for improving talent cultivation quality and enhancing preschool teacher qualifications.This study,focusing on preschool education majors at M Vocational College,investigates the factors influencing their professional identity and corresponding enhancement strategies.Data were collected from 300 students through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews.The results indicate that key factors affecting professional identity encompass personal dimensions(e.g.,professional interest,career values,self-efficacy),institutional dimensions(e.g.,curriculum design,practical opportunities,faculty guidance),and social dimensions(e.g.,career prospects,social status,salary and benefits),with professional interest and career prospects exerting the most substantial influence.This research offers theoretical and practical insights for enhancing professional identity among preschool education students in vocational colleges.
