摘要
我国全面二孩政策的实施,学前教育迎来重要的战略机遇,但学前教育中男幼师缺少、男幼师流失严重等现象引起社会的关注。通过对三位男生深入、细致的访谈,从进入专业的原因、专业课的学习过程和未来职业的初步规划反映出他们专业认同的动态发展过程。他们的专业认同受儿童观、经济压力、专业前景、见习经历和重要他人等因素的影响。针对这些因素,建议通过"名师"工程、男幼师联盟等措施提高学前男性本科生的专业认同,以及选择做幼师的比例。希望为提高高校师范生教育质量、优化幼儿园师资结构提供借鉴。
Through the in-depth and detailed interviews with three male students,this paper studies the dynamic development of their professional identity by investigating the professional reasons,the professional course and the initial planning of the future career.Their professional identities are influenced by the concept of children,economic pressure,professional prospects,experience and other factors.Some suggestions are proposed to improve the educational quality of normal university students and to optimize the structure of kindergarten education.
