水煤浆气化炉掺烧有机废物项目的应用分析

摘要 某企业采用水煤浆气化炉协同处置固体废物(质量不合格石油焦类)、污水系统产生的浮渣油泥和活性污泥、废石油焦、废溶剂等有机废物,已取得了实质性突破。通过实践应用,表明可采用较高配比将有机废物与原料煤混合制备水煤浆,该应用有效实现了有机废物的资源化、无害化、减量化处置,降低了装置运行中的碳排放量,提升了环保管控水平。现结合水煤浆气化炉掺烧实际情况,从掺烧过程,掺配比例、原料性质、工艺操作优化调整等方面,对有机废物掺烧过程进行论述。 A company has achieved significant breakthroughs in co-processing solid waste(substandard petroleum coke),floating sludge and activated sludge from wastewater treatment systems,waste petroleum coke,and organic solvents using a water-coal slurry gasifier.Practical applications demonstrate that blending organic waste with raw coal in high proportions to produce water-coal slurry effectively achieves resource recovery,harmless treatment,and volume reduction of organic waste.This approach reduces carbon emissions during plant operation and enhances environmental management standards.Based on actual co-firing practices in coal water slurry gasifiers,this paper discusses the co-firing process of organic waste from aspects including blending procedures,proportion ratios,raw material properties,and operational process optimization.
