摘要
以某钢铁厂的实际生产为基础,通过优化调整深入探究了外矿粉配矿策略,以改善高铁精粉配比下的烧结矿生产指标。针对该钢铁厂的生产需求和五矿曹妃甸丰富的铁矿资源现状,制定并实施了一系列配矿方案和相关试验。研究结果表明,通过提高混匀粉的核粉比,可以有效削弱铁精粉对混匀粉粒度的不利影响,显著增强了烧结过程的稳定性。同时,通过适当维持或适度提升硅含量,增加白灰加入量,改善了铁矿粉的液相流动性并提升了黏结能力,从而在铁精粉高配比条件下,实现了烧结矿产量与质量的双重优化,为钢铁企业提升生产效率、降低成本提供了宝贵的实践指导与理论依据。
Based on the actual production of a steel plant,this study thoroughly investigates the optimization of external ore fines blending strategies to improve sinter production indicators under high iron concentrate fine ratios.Considering the production requirements of the steel plant and the abundant iron ore resources at China Minmetals Corporation Caofeidian,a series of ore blending schemes and related experiments are developed and implemented.The results show that increasing the core-to-fines ratio in mixed ore can effectively mitigate the adverse effects of iron concentrates on particle size distribution of the mixed fines,significantly enhancing the stability of the sintering process.Meanwhile,by appropriately maintaining or moderately increasing silicon content and raising quicklime dosage,the liquid phase fluidity of the iron ore fines is improved,and the bonding ability of the iron ore fines is enhanced.Therefore,under the condition of high proportion of iron concentrate fine,the dual optimization of sintered ore yield and quality is achieved,providing valuable practical guidance and theoretical basis for steel enterprises to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
