摘要
目的了解护士口腔健康素养现状并探讨其影响因素。方法于2023年11月—2024年1月,采用便利抽样法选取安徽、浙江、江苏等404名护士作为研究对象,通过一般资料量表、口腔健康素养量表、中文版口腔保健自我效能量表、社会支持量表、口腔健康管理自我效能与态度量表进行问卷调查并分析。结果404名护士口腔健康素养得分为(39.05±11.36)分。多元线性回归分析显示,护士口腔保健自我效能、学历、每天刷牙次数、口腔健康管理自我效能与态度、月收入、所在科室、社会支持、职称是护士口腔健康素养的影响因素(调整R^(2)=0.609,P<0.05)。结论护士口腔健康素养处于中等偏上水平,医院管理者应当从可控因素入手,针对性制定相应策略,落实可行培训方案,提高护士口腔健康素养水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of nurses'oral health literacy and explore the influencing factors.Methods From November 2023 to January 2024,a total of 404 nurses from Anhui,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and other provinces were selected as research subjects by convenience sampling.A questionnaire survey was conducted and analyzed using the General Information Scale,Oral Health Literacy Scale,Chinese Version of Oral Health Self-Efficacy Scale,Social Support Scale,and Oral Health Management Self-Efficacy and Attitude Scale.Results The oral health literacy score of 404 nurses was 39.05±11.36.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurse oral health self-efficacy,educational background,number of brushing teeth per day,oral health management self-efficacy and attitude,monthly income,department,social support,and professional title were the factors influencing nurses'oral health literacy(adjusted R^(2)=0.609,P<0.05).Conclusion The oral health literacy of nurses is above the middle level.Hospital managers should start from controllable factors,formulate corresponding strategies,implement feasible training programs,and improve the level of oral health literacy of nurses.
