摘要
通过对生产GH3536漏斗形胎模锻件的胎模及凸模的形状、尺寸、拔模斜度进行研究,解决了零件尺寸超差的问题,提高了零件的合格率及客户满意度。研究结果表明:因锻件壁厚差异、终锻温度的不同,同一材料的热收缩率非固定值,壁厚薄的锻件温度下降快,终锻温度低的锻件热收缩率小;针对胎模类生产锻件,模具设计的形状、尺寸、拔模斜度对成形锻件的形状尺寸有显著影响,其中凸模、胎模采用整体式设计优于分离式设计,应尽量采用整体式设计。
Through the study of the shape,size and draft angle of the loose tooling and punche used in the production of GH3536 funnel-shaped die-formed forgings,the problem of part dimension deviation was solved,and the qualification rate of the parts and customer satisfaction were im⁃proved.The research results showed that due to the differences in forging wall thickness and the different final forging temperatures,the hot-shrinkage rate is not a fixed value for the same materi⁃al.Forging parts with thinner walls have a faster temperature drop and a lower final forging tem⁃perature,resulting in a smaller hot-shrinkage rate.For forging parts produced by loose tooling,the shape,size and draft angle of the die have a significant impact on the shape and size of the formed forgings.Among them,the integral design of the punch and die is superior to the separate design,and the integral design should be adopted as much as possible.
