摘要
为了确保煤矿生产工作顺利开展,以DSJ100/80/2×200型皮带输送机为例,介绍一种皮带输送机可伸缩机尾性能分析及改进方案。通过实践验证可以发现,采用该方法对可伸缩机尾改进后,有利于提升可伸缩机尾及整个皮带输送机的工作效率,因而可将该方法应用到皮带输送机设计与优化工作当中。
In order to ensure the smooth development of coal mine production,take DSJ100/80/2×200 belt conveyor as an example,this paper introduces a belt conveyor retractable tail performance analysis and improvement scheme.The practical application of the improvement programme is verified through practical application.Through practical verification,it can be found that the method of improving the retractable tail is conducive to improving the efficiency of the retractable tail and the whole belt conveyor,so the method can be applied to the design and optimisation of the belt conveyor.
