C型球阀关键技术及应用分析研究

摘要 针对工业阀门在极端工况下的技术瓶颈,本文开展了C型球阀关键技术攻关及产业化应用研究。通过分析C型球阀的关键技术,比如陶瓷内衬、金属硬密封及双偏心结构等,结合具体案例以及实际工况验证其耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和使用周期长等优势。研究结果表明,C型球阀在石化、LNG、氢能源等严苛工况下展现出卓越性能,国产化技术的突破显著降低了成本并提升了可靠性。C型球阀凭借其关键技术突破,在工业领域展现出广泛应用价值,为工业阀门选型及技术升级提供重要的理论依据,推动高端流体控制设备的国产化进程。 To address the technical bottleneck of industrial valves under extreme working conditions,key technology research and industrial application of C-type ball valves will be carried out.By analy-zing the key technologies of C-type ball valves,such as ceramic lining,metal hard seal,and double eccentric structure,combined with specific cases and actual working conditions,the advantages of cor-rosion resistance,wear resistance,and long service life are verified.The research results indicate that C-type ball valves are suitable for petrochemical LNG、Under harsh operating conditions such as hy-drogen energy,excellent performance has been demonstrated,and breakthroughs in domestic technolo-gy have significantly reduced costs and improved reliability.C-type ball valves,with their key tech-nological breakthroughs,have demonstrated extensive application value in the industrial field,provi-ding important theoretical basis for industrial valve selection and technological upgrading,and promo-ting the localization process of high-end fluid control equipment.
