摘要
本文剖析了天然气场站管道系统的组成,包括工艺管道和公用工程管道等,并探究了相关安装技术,涵盖管道预制、吊装与连接、阀门选型、仪表安装等多个方面。结果表明,管道工厂化作业可减少现场安装工作量。依据实际情况选择合适的吊装与连接方法,综合考虑压力、流量、材质等因素进行阀门选型,并科学选择管道防腐与保温材料,可使管道安装质量满足相关规定,提升天然气输送效率,降低后续维护成本。
This paper analyzes the composition of pipeline systems in natural gas stations,including process pipelines and utility pipelines,and explores relevant installation techniques covering multiple aspects such as pipeline prefabrication,hoisting and connection,valve selection,and instrument installation.The results demonstrate that prefabrication of pipelines reduces on-site installation workload.Appropriate hoisting and connection methods selected based on actual conditions,comprehensive consideration of factors such as pressure,flow rate,and material for valve selection,and scientific choices of anti-corrosion and insulation materials for pipelines ensure that the installation quality meets relevant standards,enhances natural gas transmission efficiency,and reduces subsequent maintenance costs.
