摘要
血管性认知障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)是仅次于阿尔茨海默病的第二大痴呆类型,发病率逐年升高。认知康复是治疗VCI患者的重要手段。传统的认知康复方法枯燥、无趣,疗效有限。近年来,虚拟现实、非侵入性经颅刺激、视觉反馈平衡训练等新型康复技术成为热点,运用多模式的联合治疗方案具有更佳的改善作用。本文就新型康复技术在VCI患者中的康复治疗做一综述,期待为VCI患者的临床康复提供一定的参考价值。
Vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)is the second most common type of dementia after Alzheimer's disease,and its incidence is increasing annually.Cognitive rehabilitation is a crucial therapeutic approach for patients withVCI.Traditional cognitive rehabilitation methods are often monotonous,unengaging,and have lim ited efficacy.In recent years,novel rehabilitation technologies such as virtual reality,non-invasive transcranial stimulation,and visual feedback balance training have gained prominence.Multimodal combination therapy has shown superior improvement effects.This article reviews the application of these new rehabilitation technolo gies in the treatment of VCI patients,aiming to provide reference value for their clinical rehabilitation.
