摘要
本研究通过正交试验优化苦参、厚朴的提取工艺,确定最佳条件为:提取时间30 min、乙醇浓度60%、料液比1:10(g/mL)。在此条件下,苦参碱提取含量达0.39%,厚朴酚含量为0.76%。将其进一步制备为祛痘精华液,评价显示该产品对痤疮丙酸杆菌抑菌圈直径达15.7 mm,具有显著抑菌作用;抗氧化性能方面,DPPH与ABTS自由基清除率分别为93.09%和94.20%。人体斑贴试验表明其安全性良好,仅1例出现轻微红斑。人体试用结果显示,使用3小时后皮肤油脂减少26.60%,痤疮数量下降32.23%,红斑面积减少27.26%。综上,该中药复方祛痘精华液抑菌、抗氧化及改善痤疮效果显著,安全性高,在功能性祛痘化妆品中具有良好开发前景。
This study optimized the extraction process of Sophora flavescens and Magnolia officinalis through orthogonal experiments,and determined the optimal conditions as follows:extraction time of 30 minutes,ethanol concentration of 60%,and solid-liquid ratio of 1:10(g/mL).Under these conditions,the extraction content of matrine reached 0.39%,and the content of magnolol was 0.76%.The product was further prepared into an acne-removing essence.Evaluation showed that the product had a significant antibacterial effect on Propionibacterium acnes,with an inhibition zone diameter of 15.7 mm.In terms of antioxidant performance,the DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging rates were 93.09%and 94.20%,respectively.The human patch test indicated good safety,with only one case showing mild erythema.The human trial results showed that after 3 hours of use,the skin oil content decreased by 26.60%,the number of acne decreased by 32.23%,and the erythema area decreased by 27.26%.In conclusion,this traditional Chinese medicine compound acne-removing essence has significant antibacterial,antioxidant and acne-improving effects,and high safety,with good development prospects in functional acne-removing cosmetics.
