摘要
以产出为导向教育理念,以“口腔医学临床岗位胜任力”为培养目标,探索口腔医学人才培养中“医教·科教·产教”三融合、强实践的荆楚理工模式,构建医、教、产、研深度融合的育人大平台,通过多途径强实践、重综合能力、厚医学人文,以“掌握口腔医学执业医师基本理论及技能,具备医学人文素养和临床辨证思维,能动手、懂沟通、善宣教的应用型人才”为培养特色,有效提升教育质量。
Guided by the Outcome-Based Education concept and aiming at developing"Clinical Post Competence in Stomatology,"this study explores the Jingchu University of Technology model for cultivating stomatology talents,characterized by the"Three-Way Integration of Medical Education,Scientific Education,and Industry Education"and a strong practical focus.It involves constructing an educational platform that deeply integrates medical treatment,teaching,industry,and research.Through multiple pathways emphasizing strong practical training,comprehensive ability development,and solid medical humanities,the model aims to cultivate applied talents who"master the basic theories and skills of a practicing stomatologist,possess medical humanistic qualities and clinical dialectical thinking,and are competent in hands-on practice,communication,and patient education."This approach effectively enhances the quality of education.
