摘要
高校校园文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,是高校提升思政引领力、涵育时代新人和培养文明风尚的沃土。当前,一些职业院校存在重技能轻人文的现象,学生对校园文化的满意度和认同感亟待提升。该文以浙江工业职业技术学院为例,通过贝叶斯网络模型分析职业院校校园文化建设的需求与满意度。研究发现:当前校园文化总体满意度为72%,仍有一定提升空间;物质文化、精神文化、行为文化及制度文化四类文化中,行为文化和制度文化的改善对总体校园文化满意度提升起到重要作用。该文建议职业院校围绕技能培养特色,重点加强实践活动的文化内涵设计、优化管理制度透明度,通过系统性措施实现四类文化均衡发展。
Campus culture in vocational colleges is an important component of advanced socialist culture,serving as a fertile ground for universities to enhance their ideological and political leadership,cultivate new talents of the times,and foster a civilized atmosphere.Currently,there is a phenomenon in some vocational colleges where skills are emphasized over humanities,and students'satisfaction and sense of identity with campus culture urgently need to be improved.This article takes Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic College as an example to analyze the demand and satisfaction of campus culture construction in vocational colleges through Bayesian network models.Research has found that the overall satisfaction rate of campus culture is 72%,and there is still room for improvement.Among the four types of culture:material culture,spiritual culture,behavioral culture,and institutional culture,the improvement of behavioral culture and institutional culture plays an important role in enhancing overall satisfaction with campus culture.This article suggests that vocational colleges should focus on strengthening the cultural connotation design of practical activities,optimizing the transparency of management systems,and achieving balanced development of four types of culture through systematic measures,around the characteristics of skill training.
