摘要
目的:基于KAP模式对实习护生职业防护现状进行调查,为临床实习护生职业防护教育提供有效对策。方法:选取2024年6月某高职院校完成实习返校的610名实习护生作为研究对象。基于KAP模式设计调查问卷,了解实习护生职业防护的情况。结果:共发放610份问卷,回收有效问卷610份。实习护生对大多数调查项目知晓率都在60.00%以上,对“知晓接触化疗药的防护措施吗?”知晓率相对较低。这些实习护生生物性损伤的发生率为12.62%(77/610),化学性损伤的发生率为5.74%(35/610),物理性损伤的发生率为31.97%(195/610),运动功能性损伤的发生率为22.30%(136/610),暴力攻击性损伤的发生率为27.05%(165/610)。临床实习护生职业防护执行情况总体表现良好,但有近一半实习护生从不在进行静脉穿刺、抽血时戴手套。结论:目前实习护生职业防护仍存在不足,学校和医院应积极开展教育和培训,医院应提供更好的工作条件和资源,合理安排实习护生工作任务,保障其身心健康,以改善临床实习护生职业防护的知识掌握情况、态度和行为。
Objective:To investigate the current status of occupational protection among nursing interns based on the KAP model,in order to provide effective countermeasures for occupational protection education for clinical nursing interns.Methods:A total of 610 nursing students who had completed their internships and returned to school in June 2024 from a higher vocational college were selected as the study subjects.A questionnaire was designed based on the KAP model to understand the occupational protection situation of the nursing interns.Results:A total of 610 questionnaires were distributed,and 610 valid questionnaires were recovered.The awareness rate for most survey items was above 60%,while the awareness rate for"Are you aware of the protective measures when handling chemotherapeutic drugs?"was relatively low.The incidence rates of various occupational injuries among these interns were as follows:biological injuries 12.62%(77/610),chemical injuries 5.74%(35/610),physical injuries 31.97%(195/610),musculoskeletal injuries 22.30%(136/610),and injuries from violent attacks 27.05%(165/610).The overall implementation of occupational protection among clinical nursing interns was good,but nearly half of the interns reported never wearing gloves during venipuncture and blood drawing.Conclusion:There are still deficiencies in the occupational protection of nursing interns.Schools and hospitals should actively carry out education and training.Hospitals should provide better working conditions and resources,arrange the tasks of nursing interns reasonably,and protect their physical and mental health to improve their knowledge,attitudes,and practices regarding occupational protection during clinical internships.
