摘要
目的调查本科实习护生情绪智力、临床沟通能力及自我领导力现状,分析三者间的相关性,以及自我领导力的影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法对2022年5—6月湖南某高校本科实习返校的290名护生进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般资料调查问卷、情绪智力量表、护生临床沟通能力量表和自我领导力量表。采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析本科实习护生的自我领导力的影响因素,Pearson分析实习护生情绪智力、临床沟通能力与自我领导力的相关性。结果本科实习护生的情绪智力平均得分122.11±12.29分,临床沟通能力平均得分79.03±8.85分,自我领导力平均得分128.96±16.63分。Pearson分析显示,本科实习护生情绪智力与临床沟通能力呈正相关(P<0.05),情绪智力与自我领导力呈正相关(P<0.05),临床沟通能力与自我领导力呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,专业课理论成绩、实习医院类型、情绪智力和临床沟通能力是本科实习护生自我领导力的影响因素,可解释自我领导能力的48.9%(F=35.546,P=0.000)。结论情绪智力、自我领导力、临床沟通能力有待提高。护理教育者应采取强化实习护生专业知识教育、在临床实习中实行多元化轮科等措施,以及开设相关情绪智力、临床沟通能力和自我领导力课程的方法,促进本科实习护生自我领导力的提升,从而达到护理事业高质量发展的目的。
Objective To investigate the current status of emotional intelligence,clinical communication skills and selfleadership among undergraduate nursing interns,and analyze the correlation among the three,as well as the influencing factors of self-leadership.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 290 nursing interns who returned to campus after their undergraduate internship at a university in Hunan from May to June 2022.The survey content included a general information questionnaire,the Emotional Intelligence Scale,the Nursing Students'Clinical Communication Skills Scale,and the Self-leadership Scale.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the factors influencing the self-leadership of undergraduate nursing interns,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between emotional intelligence,clinical communication skills and self-leadership of nursing interns.Results The average score for emotional intelligence among undergraduate nursing interns was 122.11±12.29 points,the average score for clinical communication skills was 79.03±8.85 points,and the average score for self-leadership was 128.96±16.63 points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the emotional intelligence of undergraduate nursing interns was positively correlated with clinical communication skills(P<0.05),emotional intelligence was positively correlated with self-leadership(P<0.05),and clinical communication skills were positively correlated with self-leadership(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the theoretical scores of professional courses,types of internship hospitals,emotional intelligence and clinical communication skills are factors influencing the self-leadership of undergraduate nursing interns,which can explain 48.9%(F=35.546,P=0.000)of self-leadership skills.Conclusion Emotional intelligence,self-leadership,and clinical communication skills need to be improved.Nursing educators should adopt measures such as strengthening professional knowledge education for nursing interns,and implementing diversified rotations in clinical internships,as well as the methods of offering courses related to emotional intelligence,clinical communication skills and self-leadership to promote the improvement of self-leadership among undergraduate nursing interns,thereby achieving the goal of high-quality development in the nursing profession.
