摘要
目的:探讨基于“冲任不通”理论分析健脾疏肝调经汤治疗肝郁脾虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕症的临床效果。方法:选取2023年10月至2024年10月南平市人民医院收治的60例肝郁脾虚型PCOS患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组和观察组。对照组予以生活方式干预联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组方法基础上服用健脾疏肝调经汤治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、触诊指标、激素水平及疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、触诊压痛发生率、激素水平和治疗有效率均较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论:健脾疏肝调经汤治疗肝郁脾虚型PCOS所致不孕症,能显著改善患者中医证候、触诊指标及激素水平,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Jianpi Shugan Tiaojing Decoction in treating infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with the liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern,based on the"Chongren Disharmony"theory.Methods:Sixty patients with PCOS of the liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern admitted to Nanping People's Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group received lifestyle intervention combined with metformin treatment,while the observation group received Jianpi Shugan Tiaojing Decoction in addition to the control group's treatment.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,palpation indicators,hormone levels,and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,incidence of tenderness on palpation,hormone levels,and treatment effectiveness rate in the observation group were all superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Shugan Tiaojing Decoction in treating infertility due to PCOS with liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern can significantly improve TCM syndromes,palpation indicators,and hormone levels,thereby enhancing the therapeutic effect.
