摘要
目的:本文分析在慢性肾衰竭患者护理中采取基于微信平台的健康教育延续性护理的效果。方法:选取2023年10月至2025年1月期间我院接诊的慢性肾衰竭患者52例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各26例患者,对照组患者接受常规护理措施;而研究组接受基于微信平台的健康教育延续性护理方案。之后比较两组不同护理的差异性。结果:两组患者的Scr、BUN水平对比,研究组Scr、BUN水平改善情况更好,组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肾衰竭患者采取基于微信平台的健康教育延续性护理进行干预,其效果显著,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:This article analyzes the effect of adopting health education continuity nursing based on WeChat platform in the nursing of patients with chronic kidney failure.Method:52 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from October 2023 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 26 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing measures;The research group received a health education continuity care program based on the WeChat platform.Afterwards,compare the differences between two different nursing groups.Result:The Scr and BUN levels of the two groups of patients were compared,and the study group showed better improvement in Scr and BUN levels,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventions based on WeChat platform for health education and continuity of care should be implemented for patients with chronic kidney failure,Its effect is significant and worthy of clinical reference.
