摘要
目的综合分析控制论指导下的综合护理对慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)血液透析患者的自护能力以及并发症发生情况。方法选取本院在2020年5月至2022年5月收治的92例CRF血液透析患者。随机分为对照组(应用常规护理干预方法)和实验组(应用控制论指导下的综合护理干预方法),每一组均为46例。采用统计学分析两组CRF血液透析患者的并发症(血管通路感染、低血压、腹膜炎以及继发性甲状腺功能亢进等)发生率、对护士总满意率以及护理前后生活质量评分、负面心理情绪(焦虑以及抑郁)评分、自护能力评分。结果与对照组比较,实验组CRF血液透析患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组CRF血液透析患者对护士总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组CRF血液透析患者护理前生活质量评分、负面心理情绪(焦虑以及抑郁)评分、自护能力评分比较无差异(P>0.05),护理后,实验组生活质量评分、自护能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组负面心理情绪(焦虑以及抑郁)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论控制论指导下的综合护理干预方法可显著提高CRF血液透析患者的自护能力、生活质量以及对护士满意率,与此同时减轻并发症发生、改善负面心理情绪。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing under the guidance of cybernetics on the self-care ability and the occurrence of complications in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure(chronic renal failure,CRF).Methods A total of 92 patients with CRF hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(using conventional nursing intervention method)and experimental group(using comprehensive nursing intervention method under the guidance of cybernetics),with 46 cases in each group.The incidence of complications(vascular tract infection,hypotension,peritonitis,secondary hyperthyroidism,etc.),the total satisfaction rate of nurses,the score of quality of life before and after nursing,the score of negative psychological emotion(anxiety and depression),and the score of self-care ability of CRF hemodialysis patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the complication rate of CRF hemodialysis patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of CRF hemodialysis patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in quality of life,negative psychological and emotional scores(anxiety and depression)and self-care ability(P>0.05).After nursing,quality of life and self-care ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The negative psychological mood(anxiety and depression)in the experimental group is significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention method under the guidance of cybernetics can significantly improve the self-care ability,quality of life and satisfaction rate of nurses in patients with CRF hemodialysis,and at the same time reduce complications and improve negative psychological emotions.
