摘要
目的:探究早产儿应用仿宫鸟巢结合亲子袋鼠护理模式的效果。方法:将邳州市中医院新生儿科2022年1月—2024年12月收治的72例早产儿纳入研究,采用盲摸双色球法分为参照组、试验组,各36例。参照组行基础护理,试验组在参照组基础上加用仿宫鸟巢结合亲子袋鼠护理模式。比较两组生命体征、生长发育情况、喂养不耐受情况及家属护理满意度。结果:干预后,试验组体温波动、呼吸频率、心率及动脉血氧饱和度优于参照组(P<0.001);干预后,试验组身长、体质量及头围大于参照组(P<0.05);试验组喂养不耐受总发生率低于参照组(P=0.047);试验组家属安全管理、护理方式、沟通态度、护理效果满意度评分高于参照组(P<0.001)。结论:仿宫鸟巢联合亲子袋鼠护理模式能够改善早产儿的生命体征及生长发育情况,减少喂养不耐受情况,提高家属的护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of womb-like bird's nest and parent-child kangaroo nursing model in premature infants.Methods:A total of 72 premature infants admitted to Department of Neonatology at Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2024 were included in the study.They were divided into experimental group and reference group by using the method of blind touching double-color balls,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group received basic nursing,and the experimental group received the womb-like bird's nest and parent-child kangaroo nursing model on the basis of reference group.The vital signs,growth and development,feeding intolerance and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the body temperature fluctuation,respiratory rate,heart rate,and arterial oxygen saturation in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.001).After intervention,the length,weight and head circumference in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of feeding intolerance in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P=0.047).The family satisfaction scores of safety management,nursing methods,communication attitude and nursing effect in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The womb-like bird's nest and parent-child kangaroo nursing model can improve the vital signs,growth and development of premature infants,reduce feeding intolerance,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family.
