摘要
在飞机复合材料壁板装配过程中,夹紧、铆接和胶接等操作带来的外部载荷常导致壁板出现微小但不可忽视的变形。为有效解决该问题,提出一种基于误差重构系统(Error Reconstruction System,ERS)的智能装配变形控制技术。通过传感器实时采集关键部位的应变数据,反映结构应力状态。构建变形趋势预测模型,根据历史数据特征与当前变形数据预测未来的变形趋势,在此基础上动态调整装配策略,实现对装配过程的智能化、精准化控制,达到控制装配变形、提升装配质量和效率的目的。
During the assembly process of aircraft composite panels,external loads brought about by operations such as clamping,riveting and bonding often cause minor but not negligible deformations of the wall panels.To effectively solve this problem,an intelligent assembly deformation control technology based on Error Reconstruction System(ERS)is proposed.Strain data of key parts are collected in real time through sensors to reflect the stress state of the structure.A deformation trend prediction model is constructed to predict future deformation trends based on historical data characteristics and current deformation data.On this basis,the assembly strategy is dynamically adjusted to achieve intelligent and precise control of the assembly process,with the aim of controlling assembly deformation,improving assembly quality and efficiency.
