摘要
为提高飞机装配质量,便于装配过程的反馈调整,提出商用飞机复合超级壁板数字化测量技术研究。分析壁板的组成结构与结构特征,减少测量过程中对壁板造成损害,利用红光光束、分束镜等装置建立激光雷达扫描系统,通过点云数据配准,提高测量数据精度;构建Metra SCAN扫描仪的不确定度模型,确保测量数据更加真实;分析激光雷达的可达性,计算两种设备的重复测量区间,利用权重分配法获得最终测量数据,完成壁板数字化测量。实验结果表明,所提方法获取的点云数据较为完整,没有出现数据失真现象,测量误差小,促进了数字化测量技术的研究。
In order to improve the assembly quality of aircraft and facilitate the feedback adjustment of the assembly process,the research on the digital measurement technology of commercial aircraft composite super wall panel is proposed.It analyzes the composition structure and structural characteristics of the wall panel to reduce damage to the wall panel during the measurement process,estab-lishes a laser radar scanning system using red light beams,beams splitters and other devices to improve the accuracy of measure-ment data through point cloud data registration.It builds the uncertainty model of Metra SCAN scanner to ensure more real mea-surement data,analyzes the accessibility of the lidar,calculates the repeated measurement interval of the two devices,obtains the final measurement data using the weight distribution method,and completes the digital measurement of the wall panel.The exper-imental results show that the point cloud data obtained by the proposed method is relatively complete,there is no data distortion,and the measurement error is small,which promotes the research of digital measurement technology.
