摘要
为探究存储稳定性、施工和易性、长期使用性能多维平衡的溶剂型冷补材料最优掺配方案,明确不同组分对溶剂型冷补沥青技术性能的影响,通过设计不同掺量组成的冷补沥青方案,以60℃黏度、3 d质量损失率、黏度差、软化点、延度为主要考察指标开展不同方案冷补沥青的性能评价与组分优化,并验证选取的最佳方案的使用阶段性能。结果表明,稀释剂和抗剥落剂掺量越高,冷补沥青的60℃黏度越低,冷补沥青也更易挥发和离析,对存储稳定性产生不利影响;增黏剂和补强组分分别对高、低温性能有益,可通过调节二者掺配比例达到或接近原样基质沥青的性能指标;基于灰关联分析确定了溶剂型冷补沥青的较优掺配方案,其中基质沥青、稀释剂、增黏剂、抗剥落剂、补强剂的最佳掺量分别为100%,26%,5%,0.4%,12%;最佳掺配方案配置下的冷补料的初始/成型稳定度、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性均较优,满足规范和长期使用性能需求。
The optimization of solvent-based cold patching material formulations was investigated through a comprehensive analysis of their multifaceted equilibrium in storage stability,construction workability,and long-term performance.To elucidate the component-property relationships in cold mix asphalt technology,various formulations were systematically designed and evaluated using key performance indicators including 60℃viscosity,3 day mass loss rate,viscosity differential,softening point,and ductility.Subsequent performance validation was conducted on the optimal formulation during service conditions.The results showed that the higher the dosage of diluent and anti stripping agent,the lower the viscosity of cold repaired asphalt at 60℃,and the easier it was to evaporate and segregate,which had a negative impact on storage stability.Thickening agents and reinforcing components were beneficial for high and low temperature performance,and could be adjusted to achieve or approach the performance indicators of the original matrix asphalt by adjusting the mixing ratio of the two.The optimal blending scheme for solvent based cold patching asphalt was determined based on grey relational analysis.The optimal blending amounts for matrix asphalt,diluent,tackifier,anti stripping agent,and reinforcing agent were 100%,26%,5%,0.4%,and 12%,respectively.The initial and forming stability,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,and water stability of the cold patching material under the optimal blending scheme configuration were all superior,meeting the requirements of specifications and long-term performance.
