摘要
既往研究发现沥青混合料的稳定度与动稳定度不存在明显的相关性,为探究该现象成因,采用不同级配类型与沥青标号组合的试验方案,揭示其级配或沥青类型对稳定度及动稳定度的影响规律差异。通过分析试件破坏形态对其破坏机制进行解析,并结合贝雷法引入骨架填充率(SFR)参数以量化骨架结构与混合料性能的关系。试验发现,混合料抗车辙能力的高低不仅依靠粗集料骨架的抗剪切性能,还依赖细集料对粗集料骨架稳定的支撑;稳定度MS与动稳定度DS的力学形成机制差异使得MS与DS并不是等价关系。阐明沥青混合料性能的差异是骨架的嵌挤或填充,以及沥青胶结料性能交互作用的结果。
This study investigates the lack of correlation between asphalt mixture stability and dynamic stability observed in previous research.Through experiments with different gradations and asphalt grades,the causes were explored,and the differences in the impact of gradation or asphalt type on stability and dynamic stability were revealed.The analysis of failure mechanisms was performed by researching the failure mode of the specimen,and the Skeleton Fill Ratio(SFR)parameter was introduced in combination with the Bailey Method to quantify the relationship between the skeleton structure and the performance of the mixture.It is indicated that rutting resistance relies on both the shear strength of the coarse aggregate skeleton and the stabilizing effect of fine aggregates.Marshall Stability(MS)and Dynamic Stability(DS)are not equivalent due to the difference in the mechanical formation mechanism between stability MS and dynamic stability DS.The difference in performance of asphalt mixtures is the result of the interaction between the skeleton's interlocking or filling and the performance of asphalt binders.
