摘要
综述了几种聚合物脱挥设备,包括落条式脱挥器、降膜式脱挥器、立式组合式脱挥器、卧式双螺杆挤出机、卧式捏合反应器和卧式组合式脱挥器。指出成膜元件是脱挥器的核心部件,流动成膜特性和表面更新性能是传质强化的关键。聚合物溶液直接脱挥工艺涉及复杂的传质过程,将不同成膜元件组合可以开发新型脱挥设备,不同的脱挥设备通过有效组合可以优化设计脱挥工艺、开发先进的脱挥工艺。
The development of the efficient devolatilizer is crucial to enhancing the polymerization process.In this paper,polymer devolatilizers like the falling-strand devolatilizer,falling-film devolatilizer,vertical/horizontal combined devolatilizer,horizontal twin-screw extruder and the horizontal kneading reactor were reviewed to show that,the film-forming element is the core component of the devolatilizer,and both flow filmforming characteristics and surface renewal performance are keys to mass transfer enhancement.The direct devolatilization process of polymer solutions involves complex mass transfer processes.Through having different film-forming elements combined,new devolatilization equipment can be developed.The effective combination of different devolatilizers can optimize existing devolatilization process and develop advanced ones.
