摘要
采用美国NFM公司乙丙橡胶干法挤出系统进行乙丙橡胶(J-0043)干法挤出脱挥研究,考察乙丙橡胶的挥发分及门尼粘度的影响。实验表明,挤出机机筒温度在140-190℃,挤出机转速在100-450r/min条件下,挤出制得的乙丙橡胶的挥发分和门尼粘度变化符合工艺控制要求。
Dry-process extrusion devolatilization was carried on EPDM(J-0043) solution. The dry- process extrusion system of the EPDM pilot-plant of Research Institute was imported from NFM com- pany. We completed dry-process extrusion devolatilization research. By modifying the temperature of extruder. We investigated the volatile content and Mooney viscosity before and after extrusion. The re- sults showed that when the temperature of extruder was at 140-190 °C,the rotate speed was at 100-450 rpm, the volatile content and Mooney viscosity of dry EPDM could meet the need of EPDM devola- tilization. The dry-process extrusion was practicable.
