校史文化融入高职院校思想政治教育的“双螺旋”模式研究

摘要 校史文化承载着学校的历史记忆和精神血脉,蕴藏着宝贵的育人资源。结合校史文化的结构和特征,分析阐述校史文化融入高职院校思想政治教育的价值意蕴,在此基础上,探索以校史文化为核心的“1+N”育人体系,构建了“四链(认知提升链、情感凝聚链、价值引导链、品格塑造链)融合”“三社(社会、社区、社团)联动”双螺旋育人模式,以启智润心、培根铸魂,进一步培养能担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。 The school history and culture carry the historical memory and spiritual bloodline of the school,and contain valuable educational resources.Based on the structure and characteristics of school history and culture,this article analyzes and elaborates on the value and implications of integrating school history and culture into ideological and political education in vocational colleges.On this basis,it explores the"1+N"education system with school history and culture as the core,and constructs a"four chain(cognitive enhancement chain,emotional cohesion chain,value guidance chain,character shaping chain)integration"and"three society(social,community,club)linkage"double helix education model,which aims to enlighten and nourish the heart,cultivate the soul,and further cultivate the new generation who can shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
