摘要
在人工智能技术深度重塑教育生态的时代背景下,高职院校教师数字素养的提升已成为推动职业教育高质量发展、助力教育强国建设的关键支撑。以教育数字化战略为指引,紧密结合《职业院校智慧校园规范》的最新标准要求,系统剖析AI时代高职院校教师数字素养的核心内涵与关键构成要素,构建起涵盖目标体系、内容体系、实施路径与保障机制的“四位一体”培养体系,为高职院校科学推进教师数字素养提升工作提供理论支撑与可落地的实践参考。
Against the backdrop of artificial intelligence profoundly reshaping the educational landscape,the enhancement of digital literacy among higher vocational college teachers has emerged as a pivotal driver for advancing high-quality vocational education and supporting the construction of the Leading country in education.Guided by the national digital education strategy and aligned with the latest standards of Smart Campus Standards for Vocational Colleges,this paper systematically analyzes the core connotation and key components of digital literacy for higher vocational teachers in the AI era.It proposes a"four-in-one"cultivation framework encompassing goal systems,content systems,implementation pathways and guarantee mechanisms,providing theoretical foundations and practical and feasible references for vocational colleges to systematically enhance teachers'digital competencies.
