摘要
高校治理体系和治理能力现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,是新时代高等教育高质量发展的重要任务,具有深远的战略价值和现实意义。作为一种教育类型的职业教育,产教融合是其高质量发展的核心模式和关键路径。在产教融合的背景下,高职院校要通过树立现代职业教育理念、构建多元主体共同参与的治理机构、建立健全校企合作制度、运用现代信息技术治理手段等来推动治理体系现代化建设;通过推动战略规划能力、资源整合能力、人才培养能力、社会服务能力、质量保障能力建设,提升治理能力现代化水平。
The modernization of the governance system and governance capacity in higher education institutions is an integral part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.It represents a critical mission for the high-quality development of higher education in the new era,bearing profound strategic value and practical significance.As a distinct educational type,vocational education relies on industry-education integration as its core model and key pathway for high-quality development.Against the backdrop of industry-education integration,higher vocational colleges must promote the modernization of their governance systems by embracing modern vocational education concepts,establishing governance structures involving multiple stakeholders,improving industry-academia collaboration mechanisms,and leveraging modern information technology for governance.Furthermore,they should enhance their governance capacity by strengthening strategic planning,resource integration,talent cultivation,social service provision,and quality assurance capabilities.
