摘要
研究了产气荚膜梭菌在种鹅养殖场池塘水中的污染情况和耐药性,为防治种鹅的产气荚膜梭菌感染提供参考。从广东省肇庆市4个种鹅养殖场采集池塘浅表水样进行产气荚膜梭菌的分离鉴定、药物敏感性试验,并对部分菌株进行基因组扫描,共分离出7株A型产气荚膜梭菌。药物敏感性试验结果显示:分离到的7株产气荚膜梭菌呈现多重耐药性。对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、阿奇霉素等10种药物高度敏感;对大观霉素、环丙沙星等4种药物高度敏感或中度敏感;对链霉素、万古霉素等10种药物低敏或不敏感。根据基因扫描测序结果进行耐药基因预测,结果显示,B1菌株一共注释到151个耐药基因。四环素类抗生素耐药基因的占比最高,其次为大环内酯类抗生素,糖肽类抗生素、氟喹诺酮类抗生素及多肽类抗生素3种类型含量也较高,其余3个菌株(HS1、BS4、MG3)耐药基因注释结果与菌株B1大致相同,仅存在数量差异。种鹅养殖场环境,特别是池塘水中存在大量的产气荚膜梭菌污染,这些产气荚膜梭菌菌株对β-内酰胺类药物高度敏感性,对四环素类及氨基糖苷类药物耐药性。
To study the pollution and drug resistance of Clostridium perfringens in pond water of breeding goose farms,and provide reference for the prevention and control of Clostridium perfringens infection in geese.Pond surface water samples were collected from four goose breeding farms in zhaoqing,Guangdong,for isolation and identification of Clostridium perfringens,drug sensitivity testing,and genome scanning of some strains.Seven strains of type A Clostridium perfringens were isolated.The drug sensitivity test results showed that the 7 strains of Clostridium perfringens isolated exhibited multidrug resistance.They were highly sensitive to 12 drugs including amoxicillin,ampicillin,azithromycin,etc;Moderately sensitive to 4 drugs including spectinomycine and ciprofloxacin;They were lowly sensitive or insenstive to 10 drugs including streptomycin and vancornycine.According to the genome scanning and sequencing results,drug resistance genes were predicted,and the results showed that 151 drug resistance genes were annotated in strain B1.Tetracycline antibiotic resistance genes accounted for the highest proportion,followed by macrolide antibiotic resistance genes;glycopeptide,fluoroquinolone and polypeptide antibiotic resistance genes also had relatively high proportions.The annotation results of resistance genes in the other three strains(HS1,BS4,MG3)were roughly the same as those of strain B1,with only a difference in quantity.There was a significant amount of contamination of Clostridium perfringe ns in the environment of breeding goose farms,particularly in pond water.These Clostridium perfringens strains exhibited high sensitivity toβ-lactam antibiotics,and resistance to tetracycline and aminoglycoside drugs.
