摘要
为对实际工程中存在缺陷的薄壁离心钢管混凝土结构构件进行力学性能研究,设计制作了含缺陷的薄壁离心钢管混凝土试件,进行轴压试验,并将试验结果与有限元模拟结果对比分析。结果表明:试件极限承载力随着钢管厚度、混凝土厚度的增大而增大;混凝土缺陷会大幅降低试件极限承载力,使荷载-位移曲线斜率增大、试件更快地发生破坏;对侧缺陷相比单侧缺陷增大了缺陷面积,偏心效应减小,降低了薄壁离心钢管混凝土试件极限承载力且试件较晚发生破坏;在缺陷体积相同的情况下,试件极限承载力随着缺陷厚度的增大而减小。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行模拟分析,结果表明:试件的破坏形态和极限承载力的数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,该有限元模型能够有效地反映原型结构的力学性能,为实际工程中薄壁离心钢管混凝土结构构件的性能分析提供参考。
In order to study the mechanical property of thin-walled centrifugally cast steel tubular concrete structural members with defects in practical engineering,thin-walled centrifugally cast steel tubular concrete specimens with defects were designed and manufactured,axial compression test was conducted,and the experimental results were compared with finite element simulation results.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen increases with the increase of steel tube thickness and concrete thickness.Concrete defects will greatly reduce the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen,increase the slope of the load displacement curve,and the specimen will be destroyed more quickly.Compared with the unilateral defect,the defect area of the contralateral defect is increased,the eccentricity effect is reduced,the ultimate bearing capacity of thin-walled centrifugally cast steel tubular concrete specimens are reduced and the specimens are destroyed late.In the case of the same defect volume,the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens decreases with the increase of the defect thickness.ABAQUS finite element software is used for simulation analysis.The results show that the numerical simulation results of the failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens are in good agreement with the experimental results.The finite element model can effectively reflect the mechanical properties of the prototype structure,and provide reference for the performance analysis of thin-walled centrifugal concrete-filled steel tubular structural members in practical engineering.
