圆铝合金管约束混凝土短柱轴压试验

摘要 为解决钢管约束混凝土耐腐蚀性差的问题,基于铝合金优良的力学性能以及优异的耐腐蚀性,采用铝合金代替填充混凝土的钢管,从而形成铝合金管约束混凝土的结构形式。以混凝土强度(33.3、48.7和66.8 MPa)为影响因素,设计了3根长细比为3的铝合金管约束混凝土短柱,并对其进行轴压试验。试验结果表明:铝合金管约束混凝土短柱的破坏形态为剪切破坏,表现出良好的变形能力及较高的承载力,其相对于素混凝土轴压短柱承载力的提高系数随着约束效应系数的增大而增大,随着混凝土强度的增大而减小;对比了现有的约束混凝土轴压承载力公式,评估其是否适用于铝合金管约束混凝土短柱的承载力计算。 To solve the problem of poor corrosion resistance in steel tube confined concrete,a new structural form termed aluminum alloy tube confined concrete(AATCC)has been developed.This innovation uses aluminum alloy tubes,which are known for their excellent mechanical properties and superior corrosion resistance,to replace steel tubes for confining concrete.With concrete strength(33.3,48.7,and 66.8 MPa)as the influencing factor,three AATCC short columns with a slenderness ratio of 3 were designed and subjected to axial compression tests.The test results indicate that the failure modes of AATCC short columns exhibited shear failure characteristics,along with favorable deformation capacity and high load-bearing performance.The enhancement factor relative to the bearing capacity of plain concrete axial compression short columns increased with the confinement effect coefficient but decreased with higher concrete strength.Existing formulas for predicting the axial load bearing capacity of confined concrete were compared to evaluate their applicability to AATCC short columns.
