摘要
在生物质气化制甲醇的工艺流程中,生物质预处理工序对甲醇生产的可靠性、经济性、规模化等至关重要。介绍了生物质原料特点、甲醇制取工艺流程、生物质气化技术,以及原料预处理工艺及主要设备选型,并对生物质制甲醇的未来技术发展方向提出了建议。
In the process flow of biomass gasification for methanol production,the biomass pretreatment process is crucial to the reliability,economics,and scalability of methanol production.The characteristics of biomass feedstock,the methanol production process flow,biomass gasification technology are presented,as well as the feedstock pretreatment process and key equipment selection.Suggestions are proposed for the future technological development direction of biomass-to-methanol production.
