Objective:To collect the clinical medication data of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of the phlegm and blood stasis blocking meridians type ischemic stroke in the past decade, and to explore the medication rules of TCM prescription by data mining and Bron-Kerbosch(BK)algorithm,so as to provide a theoretical foundation for clinical medication and mechanism research. Methods:Relevant literature on the clinical medication of TCM in the treatment of the phlegm and blood stasis blocking meridians type ischemic stroke was retrieved from various databases, and the TCM prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were collected and standardized. The TCMNPAS platform and R language were employed to investigate the medication rules and core prescriptions bases on data mining and BK algorithm. Results:A total of 230 articles were retrieved, and 139 were included after screening. There were 139 TCM prescriptions, involving 126 Chinese medicinal materials, with an average of(12±3)Chinese medicinal materials per prescription and a total medication frequency of 1633 times. The core prescription treated ischemic stroke mainly from the liver, with bitter in medicinal taste and warm in medicinal property Chinese medicinal materials as the main medicines, and phlegm-removing and blood stasis-eliminating as the primary therapeutic principles. Conclusion:Through data mining,it is found that the main therapeutic principle for the phlegm and blood stasis blocking meridians type ischemic stroke is to eliminate phlegm and remove blood stasis, and the medicinal property and medicinal taste of the included Chinese medicinal materials are mostly bitter and warm respectively.
